Date of Birth: October 17, 1955
Physical Description:
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Green
Height: 4 foot 7 inches / 1.4 m
Weight: 72 lbs / 32.7 kg
Build: Very slight
Unique Features: A small, silver hoop is pierced through her lower lip on the right side. Both her ears are pierced 5 times by hoops and studs. A small, four-leaf clover is tattooed on the inside of left wrist and is the only readily visible tattoo she possesses. An Irish accent claims her voice when she becomes especially excited or emotional.
Birth Location: Ireland.
Blood Family:
Mother [Cerys]
Father [Blaine]
Brother, elder [Link]
Residence: She occasionally stays in one of the forest cottages, but usually she sleeps on top of it.
Residing With: No one.
Profession(s) Held: A tinkerer, albeit not a very good one. She's never actually fixed something. Just taken it apart. A thief, though that's hardly a profession so much as a means of survival.
Physical Strengths: She can be very stealthy when it suits her.
Physical Weaknesses: As a Fae, she's very weak. She would probably lose a thumb-wrestling match with a human, even if she used all her strength.
Magical Abilities: Glamour, flight, and fae dust.
Personal Skills & Training: None.
Personal Weaknesses: Once attached to a person (which can happen in a matter of moments with Keiran), she hates to be shunned or turned away. She'll harass them until they like her, or at least pretend to. She is also very fond of sitting on shoulders, and can be convinced to do almost anything if they'll give her a ride first.
Personality:
'Stable' would not be a word used to describe Keiran, who is still fairly young for a Fae. With a personality that can range from obsessive to carefree in a matter of moments, 'chaotic' would be a word more suited to her personality. Energy seems to ooze from her every pore, and she can rarely be convinced to calm – or slow – her frantic lifestyle. She can be a chatterbox when it suits her, going off on a rant about any number of subjects just because she felt like it.
One of her favorite pass-times is evoking random emotions from people, either that or her own personal form of amusement – flipping random items to see if anyone will notice. So, whether she's bringing a grin to a stranger's face or upending someone's furniture she'll find some way of enjoying her time. As a small creature who enjoys toying with emotions of much larger prey (as she thinks of them), she can get into a heap of trouble with only a few words. Despite this, she's stubborn to a fault and rarely sees anything that she's done as wrong. Perhaps unwise, but not wrong.

History:
Cherys Fisher grew up as a raven-haired beauty in a large family of Fae, and though her family pressed her to stay in their “clan” and live the Fae lifestyle, she moved away. She would quickly tell anyone that she moved because she wanted to venture out on her own before she settled down, but the truth was that she had spied a curiously fair-haired Fae and had instantly been intrigued. Months later, she ran into her blonde obsession and found the handsome Fae to be Blaine Myers. Nearly immediately they moved in together and partook in the silly human custom of marriage. In the winter of 1900, Cherys found herself to be pregnant with her first child.
While they waited not-so-patiently, they pondered which parent the baby would take after – light or dark? The next summer, they found that their first child, their son Link, took after his father in his fair-hued nature. Wielding the excuse “I want to look like I'm Link's mother,” Cherys Myers altered her glamour to fit in with the rest of her family, adorning herself with blue eyes and blonde hair. She lost her dark-hued mystery to become a blonde knockout, and appeared much more happy as such.
Fifty years later, the Myers sought to expand their family further. They found themselves in a home outside of Dublin, Ireland when Cherys eagerly announced her second pregnancy. While the months passed, never did it cross their mind that this second child may not live up to their beautiful baby boy, Link. So when Cherys gave birth to girl – a girl who had neither blue eyes nor blonde hair, no less – she named her Keiran, their “little dark child.” And from the moment of her birth, Keiran Myers was a permanent disappointment to her parents... It wasn't until later that she began to take pleasure in her parents' obvious distaste for her.
Although her parents didn't care for her anymore than a child would care for broccoli, they felt some semblance of responsibility for the small Fae child and decided to keep her around, at least until she could hide her presence from the mass of human population nearby. They never set a date for when they would remove her from the family, break the news that they no longer wished to see their second child, though subconsciously they shortened Keiran's time with them every time she broke one of the “rules” they set upon her – which was fairly often.
Eighteen long years Keiran lived with Cherys, Blaine, and Link, all the while personifying her parents' worst nightmare. When she grew old enough to understand and control her glamour, she refused to use it to do anything but hide her wings when humans came over. Why was she to make herself look like her boring parents? Link loved her green eyes, her brown hair, her perfect uniqueness among their family. Her brother, 54 years her elder, is quite possibly the only person that Keiran has ever truly loved in her life.
For this reason alone, Keiran felt tears in her eyes when her parents broke the news to her – they never wanted to see her again. To be honest, the thought of going off on her own and enjoying the rest of her life was exciting beyond belief. The thought of losing Link was like wrenching her heart from her chest. For the first week of her banishment, she traveled in loose circles around her home. Even if Link did want to find her again (a thought her parents had gotten her to begin doubting), he wouldn't be able to find her if she wandered too far.
To her immense pleasure, and surprise, Link visited her for the first time a mere two weeks after her departure. He claimed he'd been out looking for her for a few days, which made the meeting that much more sweet. He hadn't forgotten her. The best part of all, however, was his appearance when he came to find her – his blonde hair had been glamoured to a dark, almost black hue while his eyes were a rich, warm mahogany. This reassured Keiran that Link cared not about what seemed most important to their parents, he just loved her like a brother should.
Although she was disappointed when Link left to return to Blaine and Cherys, he promised to come see her as often as he could... and he did. Every time he was glamoured under his dark guise and seemed just as excited to see Keiran as she was to see him. The fact that his sneaking out would so upset his parents (who were under the impression he was sneaking out to meet a nice, pretty girl who wasn't his sister) seemed to please Keiran even more, but she kept pushing him to visit more often.
As Link's visits became more frequent and still refused to talk about this infamous “Ashley” that he went to visit, their parents became suspicious. Blaine thought it a brilliant idea to follow his son one night, just to find out that Link was not only sneaking out to see Keiran but he was glamouring himself while he did it! He allowed them their last moments together, waiting at the house with Cherys to tell Link that he wasn't going to allow him to see his sister anymore. Unable to completely control Link's movements, he only managed to slow down the visits.
However, without her brother visiting her often, Keiran had to find something else to do with her time. She attempted many things, but most of them were simply too boring to occupy her mind for more than a few minutes at a time. She strayed to the slightly illegal one night, breaking into a random person's home in the outskirts of Dublin. Instead of stealing anything or harming the residence, she simply... moved things. The small Fae would flip furniture (light furniture, that is), reorganize the cupboards, and cause general confusion to the inhabitants.
After on such break-in in the middle of May, the young Fae nearly collided with a pair of Elysium scouts. One had called her by name, stating that he'd been informed of her presence in the area by another Fae and that Keiran needed to come with them. The chance to meet her brother, who simply had to be the Fae the scouts were talking about, had Keiran gleefully following the scouts back to the safety of Elysium. On her trip she was in such a great mood that she even tried to get one of the scouts to allow her to ride on his shoulders – no such luck.
Once Keiran arrived in Elysium, she searched tirelessly for her brother for the first few days. Anyone who came within shouting distance of the young Fae was asked if they'd seen Link, in our out of his guise. When no word came of her brother, she simply reasoned that he had to be out helping the scouts... helping save more lives. That was what Link would do, after all. Months passed without word of her brother, no one had seen him. Every day became worse until she thought to ask the scout who had brought her to Elysium in the first place, the scout that had mentioned her brother.
All hope was shattered when the scout, certain in his claim, informed her that the Fae who had disclosed her position had not in fact been a blue-eyed, blonde-haired male, but an elderly female with long, graying hair. Somewhere in the back of her mind, Keiran remembered meeting the only Fae she'd ever known outside of her family. She'd run into her after being on her own for a few months, the elderly Fae had been just passing through to reach the other side of Dublin. Even if she'd been staying, Keiran didn't think that she would have spoken to the old lady much. She was very, very boring – much like a human.
To this day, she holds out hope that her brother might hear of Elysium and return to her, and every day that he doesn't she blames herself for not telling the scouts of her family all those months ago.
